In Monster Smash there are different monsters (or images) of various types and attributes. It is not so simple to find the right weapon in order to defeat a monster, so here you will find a guide on how to choose your weapon without wasting time.
Reading the description is the key. The first thing to do when a monster spawns is to see the beautiful art and read carefully the description. Most of the times it reveal precious information such as the attribute of the monster, weakness, fighting style or just hint on how to survive the monster. Not all the monster can be really defeated, sometimes you need to choose the right item to to overcome the difficulty you are facing. (Hint: If a monster is too strong, you will be better off protecting yourself with a shield or armor.)
In Monster Smash there are different types of monsters and weapons. Monsters can be little animals, flying creatures, giant colossus, or they can be magical beasts with strange abilities, like manipulation shadow. Other times there will be no monsters to defeat but situations to face such as dangerous landscapes. use the sticker inventory and the right items! Type of weapons: Dagger, Small Sword, Great Sword, Spear, Bow, Axe, Katana, Potions. Type of items: Armor, Boots, Money, Keys.... (Hint: If a monster attacks from afar, you will be prepared to use a long-range weapon.)
In every sticker there is a small sign at the top left: the attribute. Choosing the attribute might help you depending on the monster you have in front of you. Here you will find the attribute scheme and weaknesses:
This is just an indication of how the attributes work. It would be too easy otherwise to find the right answer. Some monsters might have mixed attributes, other monsters might be immune to their weaknesses, and you have to choose your weapon carefully... That's why the key is in the description! (Hint: If a creature can manipulate shadows, you can choose a dark or light weapon to fight the shadows; If there is a fire creature, maybe a water weapon can be a good choice.)
